The Hillside Children’s Foundation is assembling a dynamic, forward-thinking professional Major Gifts Team. Under the guidance and direction of the Chief Advancement Officer and within a collaborative Advancement environment, the Major Gifts group will play a vital role in the overall philanthropic efforts of the Foundation. The Major Gifts Team is responsible for identifying prospects and advancing relationships with high net worth donors and prospects, and will be charged with raising approximately $2,000,000 annually. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant influence in strategy development, team building and advancing a culture of philanthropy. The ability to build strong relationships with friends and donors is a must; each fundraiser will manage a portfolio of 100-150 prospects.
