Where You're Needed
The Donor Relations/ Annual Fund Coordinator is responsible for coordination of annual Employee Giving Program, primary liason for leadership and support to Golden Cross board, the MH Auxiliar, and the MH Guild, and providing support to all other activities of the Foundation and MHS.
Your Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree required
2-4 years of experience with non-profits required.
Experience in managing development campaigns. Experience in working directly with volunteers and boards. Competent with computer skills.
experience in events logistics and coordination required.
Your Job Responsibilities :
Employee Giving Campaign: Directly responsible to oversee the strategy, timeline, and execution of each year's campaign. Coordinates with HR team to identify campus champions and messaging. Prepares talking points and slides for Foundation and campus leaders about the campaign. Help hospital presidents and campus champions identify their campus greatest need. Work with HR and Finance to ensure all donations (payroll deductions, one-time gifts, etc.) are accurately accounted. Create messaging throughout the year for stewardship to employees about their gifts and where the funds are going. Plan annual Employee Giving 'thank you' parties each fall.
Liaison Duties: Supports the Golden Cross board as the Foundation liaison. Helps ensure the Golden Cross board is adhering to the Strategic Plano. Provide updates to the Golden Cross board on its income and expenses, and funds available to distribute. Serves as the Foundation liaison to the Methodist Hospitals of Dallas Guild, and campus auxiliaries.
Folsom Event: Supports the production of the Folsom Event including overseeing the budget and ensuring expenses are paid. Work with Database Administrator to ensure donations are received, sent to Finance, and tracked. Helps Folsom team with RSVP list and seating chart.com/editor/
Strategic Projects: Supports VP, Strategic Events and Relationships with coordination of Eagle Society, Junior Board, and other ancillary Foundation events. Supports Foundation team with recognition of principal, major and endowment gifts, celebrations and building naming opportunities. Any and all other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Strategic Events and Relationships
