The Senior Associate Athletic Director (AD) for Internal Operations reports to the Director of Athletics. This position has primary responsibility for the leadership and management of internal operations including all financial and business functions, human resources, facilities and event management, equipment and capital initiatives.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, he/she provides advice to the Director in areas of financial strategy, budgeting and department master planning. This role ensures compliance with University, NCAA, and CAA polices rules and regulations as applicable and will serve as a sport administrator as assigned by Athletic Director.
The Senior Associate AD for Internal operations works closely with the Director of Athletics to build strong, positive internal and external relationships to support Athletic and University strategic goals and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with a Business/Finance/Accounting or related areas of study • Eight years of related experience, including at least 3 years of people management and leadership experience
