•Manage the office operations and administration of the Minnesota State University Women’s Hockey Program. •Manage, coordinate, and schedule all aspects of team travel including flights, meals, lodging, and assistance with team itineraries. •Assist with the scheduling of facilities for practice, teams functions and team meals. •Work with the department financial contact and business office on all purchases, PO’s, returns or budgetary needs. •Reconciliation of all hockey program credit card charges. •Organize and monitor the video program for the team; evaluate software, hardware, and services. •Serve as an integral part of achieving fund raising, budget, and community service goals. •Support equity, diversity, and gender fairly and respectfully throughout the program, department, and university. •Travel is required. •Perform other duties as assigned.
Undergraduate Degree from a regionally accredited university.
Must be accepted into a Minnesota State University Graduate Program.
1-2 years of combined hockey experience as a player, coach, or staff member at the NCAA Division I, II, III, Junior League or High School level.
Experience managing budgets.
Experience with video programs of collegiate hockey programs.
Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience as a Student/Athlete.
Demonstrated ability to communicate both written and verbally.
Experience working with diverse populations.
