Organizes and implements a well-disciplined, competitive and comprehensive Intercollegiate Athletics sports program that abides by all local, state, federal and specialized mandates, including NCAA, Big West Conference and University rules, policies and regulations. Maintains assigned sports program within the operating budget established for said program.

2 + years coaching experience at a D-1, D-II or JC Level within Track and Field and Cross Country.
Criminal history background check required. Mandated reporting requirements for child abuse. Maintain a valid CA driver's license, a clean DMV record and enrollment in the DMV Employee Pull-Notice Program.
