Albright College is seeking a full-time dedicated, motivated, professionally certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This individual is responsible for creating and administering sport specific training programs for 23 varsity sports. This position will also assist the Director of the Schumo Center for Fitness & Well-Being with regard to fitness center responsibilities and supervision of student staff. Experience with development and management of strength training programs at the college/university level is preferred. Any experience in management of a health/fitness or weight training facility is desirable. Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred, in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology or related field. Applicant must hold a nationally recognized Strength and Conditioning Certification, NSCA, CSCS and CPR/FA/AED Certification.
