Upper Iowa University is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Athletic Administration. This position reports directly to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for assisting the director in the planning and execution of all aspects and facets of a successful athletics program at the NCAA Division II level. The Upper Iowa Athletics Program oversees 19 NCAA Division II sport programs as well as the Athletic Training Program and Strength and Conditioning program. The graduate assistant will ensure compliance with all Department, University, NCAA, NSIC, MIAA and GLIAC policies, procedures, and regulations. Applicant must be admitted into a graduate program at Upper Iowa University and maintain a Grade Point Average of 3.0. Applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree and have an understanding of NCAA rules and regulations.
