This position involves working with clients to resolve technical issues encountered in the implementation and usage of Impexium software. Typical issues include report and API troubleshooting, replication of customer issues in customer test environments, and documentation of product bugs and enhancement requests. Excellent phone and written communication skills are required. The successful applicant will also have experience supporting web-based software. Association or non-profit management software experience is a plus.
Additional duties include coordinating the on boarding of new clients and working closely with those clients as they get up and running. We are constantly adding new features and integrations to the software, so you'll need to be able to learn quickly and support a growing list of features.
End-user experience with association management software systems (a plus)
Minimum 2 years of Level 2/3 Customer Support
Strong and demonstrated communication skills; written, and verbal
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Exhibit strong business judgement, high-level of initiative, creativity and flexibility
Self-motivated and a problem-solver with an eagerness for continuous improvement
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM applications (preferably Salesforce.com)
Thrives in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment
Trade or professional association experience
