Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is seeking an Information Technology Associate Manager for the University Advancement department. The IT Associate Manager will support the Office of University Advancement, Constituent Relations (Alumni) and SIUE Call Center with all Information System matters such as software maintenance, implementation, and deployment. This oversight will include the SIUE Foundation and SIUE Alumni Association's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, troubleshooting all system issues and recommending/implementing resolution(s) as well as advisement of strategies for improving functionality of system. The IT Associate Manager will serve as the primary contact for all user initiated requests and issues related to system use, keeping accurate report of said requests and security issues and implementing policies and procedures related to software usage and maintenance.
The selected candidate will be involved with Marketing & Communications in the scheduling and deployment of e-mail campaigns for the Colleges, Schools, major units (Athletics, Admissions, etc.) and periodically, the Office of the President.
Additionally, the IT Associate Manager will coordinate with University Advancement staff, directors of development and other key SIUE staff regarding methods for accessing reports and statistics, including development and design of reports and interpretations of data to users. Further duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs and goals of the department and university.

Posting Salary: $4,786.75 to 5,794.50 Monthly. Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
Any combination totaling six years from the following categories:
a) progressively more responsible work experience in IT-related profession
b) college course work with a concentration in Information Technology (IT), IT Management, or a closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent: -60 semester hours or Associate’s Degree equals one year -90 semester hours equals two years -120 semester hours or Bachelor’s Degree equals three years (Note: Only a maximum of 3 years credit for college course work is available.)
Two (2) years of total work experience in a supervisory or lead worker capacity.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Computer Information Management Systems (CMIS) or closely-related field of study. -Three (3) years of experience in database management. -Experience with various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. -A general knowledge of fundraising and basic accounting, and its terminology. -Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT in a similar capacity will be helpful. -Experience with SQL, HTML. -Demonstrated ability to write reports utilizing Crystal Reports and other software.
