The University of South Alabama is seeking applications for an Internship position within our Football program. This position reports directly to the Football Director of Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects and facets of a successful athletics program at the NCAA FBS Division I level. The intern will ensure compliance with all Department, University, NCAA, and Sun Belt Conference policies, procedures, and regulations.
The duties for this position will include:
* Conceptualize, facilitate and produce graphics for football program and football recruiting purposes.
* Assist Director of Player Personnel with recruiting efforts including official and unofficial visits by prospective student athletes.
* Assist Director of Football Operations, Director of Player Personnel, full time coaches and Graduate Assistants with recruiting database.
* Provide managerial in-office support as assigned by Head Football Coach, Director of Football Operations, Director of Player Personnel and other staff members.
The preferred candidate must have previous experience using Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, as well as ability to take pictures and video. Previous experience using recruiting databases and ability to give tours is also preferred.
