The Purchase College athletic department seeks applications for the position of Financial Manager. Description of duties includes: A.Manage the Division’s budget. Both accounts receivable and payable. B.Serve as Personnel Manager for the Division. C.Serve as Financial Coordinator for Intercollegiate Athletic Program Fundraising. D prepare NCAA financial reports as necessary E. Prepare all necessary department financial reports for the college F. Review and monitor and all department credit cards and expenditures G.Assist Athletic Director by completing various administrative functions. H. Supervise payroll I. Manage client related billing/invoices

Bachelor Degree required. Preferred in finance/accounting or business administration. Master's Degree preferred. At least 5 years experience working with a large budget in both accounts receivable and payable. Fundraising experience a plus. Experience with finance software required. strong computer skills required. Strong analytical experience required. Experience with payroll required. Experience with College athletics a plus. Strong work ethic and attention to detail required.
