Trinity Women’s Rowing is searching for an ambitious and energetic assistant coach to help build this rapidly improving team back to national prominence.
This is a full-time, 12-month position including housing, tuition remission, and full benefits.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate self-starter with a team-oriented approach and a desire to learn and grow.
Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in leading and organizing all facets of a Division III women’s rowing program, including recruiting, practice planning and execution, administrative duties and mentoring student-athletes.
This is a great career step for an aspiring young coach. Recent assistants have gone on to assistant positions in Division I and head coach positions in Division III.
Bachelor’s degree required, along with proven successful rowing coach experience and/or college rowing experience. Experience with equipment management and trailer driving is desirable, but not required.
