The University of Louisiana Monroe is seeking a hardworking, disciplined, knowledgeable candidate to fill its open Graduate Assistant position for strength and conditioning. Potential candidates will be responsible for the programming and physical development of volleyball, cross country, tennis, and will assist with football. All potential candidates must hold either a CSCCA or CSCS certification, as well as possess a foundational knowledge of programming, fatigue management, and science of training for sport. ULM Strength and Conditioning is looking for candidate’s who are also humble, responsible, and willing to learn. Candidates must be able to thrive in a disciplined environment with relentless attention to detail.
