This position reports to the Director of New Media and is responsible for all game-day website broadcasts on NEC FrontRow. In addition, this position will work with the Assistant Athletic Director for Communications and Director of New Media to establish a full broadcast schedule.
1.Responsible for managing and maintaining the production and operation for all live webcasts throughout the year. Including setup and breakdown of broadcast equipment and cameras,
2.This position will also be responsible for hiring and training student workers and assigning workers for proper coverage of each broadcast and specific skills for the assigned task. Must be able to analyze and provide feedback and recommendations to students on performance and communicate adjustments to ensure future quality broadcasts.
3.Will work with Director of New Media and Asst. A.D. for Communications in completing a broadcast schedule.
4.Produce highlight packages following each broadcast for public distribution.
5.Assist Director of New Media with additional video content and features, including year in review highlights and coaches shows.
6.Adhere to NCAA rules compliance in and be fully informed regarding institutional compliance with the NCAA and Northeast Conference rules.
7.Perform related duties as assigned.

1. This position is best filled be an individual with a bachelor’s degree and experience in video editing. 2. Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills. 3. Proven strong work ethic and ability to work in a “team environment. 4. Must be available to work evenings and weekends 5. Must have experience working with Adobe AfterEffects and Premier.
