The University of Dayton is accepting applications for the position of Coordinator of Corporate Development and Fulfillment. The University of Dayton, a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference, has a broad-based, 17-sport intercollegiate athletics program. This coordinator will support the Director of Corporate Development in the management of the Division of Athletics' corporate partner portfolios, and supporting positive relationships with all corporate partners and prospects. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the sales process (prospecting, cultivating, idea generation, presenting proposals, negotiations and contracting), coordinating activation of all contractual obligations, and all invoicing. The incumbent will also assist in the planning and execution of select donor and corporate special events, and serve as part of the sales and revenue team. This is a full time, 12-month position with full benefits.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of one (1) year of successful experience within intercollegiate or professional athletics corporate development (sales and/or activation), ticket sales, development, marketing, or similar area. Experience selling and/or servicing sports marketing partnerships, including ideation and activations. Able to demonstrate excellent time management, organization, and communication (written and verbal) skills. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as ability to travel. Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a low risk driving record and be able to be insured by the university.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of successful experience in all aspects of the sales and servicing of sports marketing partnerships at the intercollegiate or professional athletics level, including game day and non-game day activations. Demonstrated experience collaborating with vendors, partners and staff to execute large, multi-asset, partnerships. Experience planning and executing special events. Experienced with advanced digital design software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite).
