Temple University, a Division I member of the American Athletic Conference is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Graduate Extern in Women’s Lacrosse. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the day to day administrative paperwork of the program (ex. recruiting database entry, NCAA compliance paperwork)
Assisting with all home and away game travel logistics (attending all home and away games, working with athletics travel coordinator for hotel and transportation arrangements, arranging team meals, arranging away game practices, being a point of contact for opponents, assisting with video and statistics, etc.)
Attending and assisting with the daily practices (overseeing student managers, video and statistics work, etc.). Note that this is a non-coaching position.
Assisting with administration of camps and clinics (registration, correspondence, and other related administrative tasks).
Assisting with unofficial and official visit administrative tasks.
Assist in maintaining a strong social media presence (posting and creating content).
This is a 9 month position (beginning September 1, 2019) working with Temple Women’s Lacrosse. Compensation includes a monthly stipend. Tuition and housing are not included. Required Education & Experience:
An undergraduate degree and acceptance into a full-time Temple University graduate program. Previous experience in lacrosse is preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
