Albright College is accepting applications for a full-time Head Swim Coach/Aquatics Director. Responsibilities include: direct all areas of the men’s and women’s swim programs; on-deck coaching, practice and competitions; work with athletes with weight and dry land training; recruiting and retaining student athletes; budget management, fundraising and equipment ordering; and travel coordination. Manage the administration of the aquatics program including: running of the Aquatic Center; site supervisor for swimming lessons; all community programming; staffing of swim instructors and life guards. Bachelor’s degree in related field, coaching experience required, and aquatics experience preferred. Certifications desired for this position include Basic Lifeguard, and CPR.
