Ripon College seeks an enthusiastic, motivated Director of Advancement Services who will serve as chief data officer for the Office of Advancement overseeing a central point of data collection, reporting processes, using data driven systems that accurately benchmark and summarize strengths and areas of improvement to meet fundraising goals. The Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and long-range and short-term planning for the areas of gift processing, database integrity, reporting, data analysis, system enhancements, and prospect management and research. The Director of Advancement Services is a full-time exempt position and reports to the Vice President for Advancement.
This position is best served with a person of integrity, commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree is required. Other preferred qualifications include 5-7 year’s experience in institutional advancement or fundraising in higher education as well as familiarity with complex databases.
