The Assistant Women’s Softball Coach –reports directly to the Head Women’s Softball Coach and is responsible for assisting the head coach with the organization and administration of the women’s softball program in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University, Great Lakes Valley Conference, and NCAA.
The Assistant Women’s Softball Coach must have a commitment to developing a competitive NCAA Division II softball program, while maintaining an emphasis on the academic success of the student-athlete. The Assistant Women’s Softball Coach must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, personal and professional integrity. Searching for assistant coach with preferred strength and experience in pitching instructions. The Assistant Women’s Softball Coach will be expected to administer the program in a manner that promotes the health, safety and welfare of student-athletes.
This is a full-time, 12 month position. Bachelor’s degree required; experience in playing and/or coaching at the women’s collegiate level.
