United Fresh Produce Association is seeking a proactive and collaborative professional to support our association’s membership and foundation activities. This position will provide administrative and data management support to the association’s member services group and the United Fresh Start Foundation’s programs to increase children’s access to fresh fruits and vegetables. This position reports to the Vice President, Member Services.
Primary Duties Include:
Provide administrative support to member services department, including processing new member and renewal applications, company roster and database updates and membership campaigns
Provide administrative support for foundation fundraising efforts through management of donation software, invoices, campaign mailings and donor acknowledgement
Assist with execution of the Bids for Kids Auction at the annual FreshStart Conference
Provide administrative support for the Salad Bars to Schools and Community Grants programs
Attention to detail in all areas of work
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn and manage other data systems
Ability to balance competing priorities and work independently
Ability to maintain strong relationships with staff colleagues
Experience with association management software/database encouraged
