This position serves a vital role within the Director of Athletics Executive Leadership Team with administrative oversight of NCAA Division I compliance and internal operations. This position will be involved with the planning, direction and conduct of the University of Memphis intercollegiate athletics program. This position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance in general policy development, high-level management of compliance and regulatory responsibilities, student-athlete development, staff development, sport program oversight and select support units.

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of eight years in intercollegiate athletics positions of increasing leadership.
The department is especially interested in candidates with a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration or J.D. as well as NCAA Division I Compliance and internal operations background.
Must be able to comply with all University, Department, Conference, and NCAA policies and procedures.
