The Assistant AD for Peak Performance/Academics provides academic and life skills advising to individual student-athletes and athletic teams. To coordinate performance-related programming for student-athletes designed to position student-athletes to achieve the highest levels of physical, intellectual and personal growth during their Dartmouth career. To assist in the development and delivery of the Peak Performance initiative.
Must be self-directed, strongly motivated, well organized and have a high level of energy. Ability to interact well with a diverse student population, faculty and fellow employees. Ability to meet unique student needs as they arise. Five years of experience in academic support, advising students and developing programs. Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
