The Fan Engagement Associate will assist the Assistant Athletics Director for Revenue Generation with management of ticket office functions including customer service, sales, event management, and annual fund operations. Intern will be educated on standards necessary to successfully support and manage a Division I collegiate athletics ticket office for various sports. Will assist with scheduling, training, and supervision of ticket office and event staff. Will review or perform balancing, depositing, and reporting of daily ticket office cash and receipts. Expected to exercise high level of customer service by assisting current and potential customers with questions and quality service. Will ensure completion of Ticket Office procedures including invoice processing, order follow-up, maintaining accurate records, and cash handling. Must comply with all NCAA, Southland Conference, state, and University rules and regulations. Will perform other duties and projects as deemed necessary.

Previous experience in ticket sales or operations and/or in a collegiate athletics environment.
Customer service experience.
Bachelor’s degree or associate's degree in a related field.
