Women’s Gymnastics Coach – Must be able to follow under the guidance of the Head Coach to advance the mission and values of the Women’s Gymnastics program by providing the skills necessary to successfully compete for championships in the gym, excel in the classroom and prepare for life after graduation.
Duties include assigned coaching; involved with all aspects of recruiting, knowledge of the Junior Olympic code and updated with NCAA rules and modifications. Equipment budgeting equipment purchasing, managing equipment inventory, compliance reporting. Along with requested support duties and social media.
Skills: Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines Strong initiative to solve problems Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to speak, read and write clearly Ability to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives
Preferred skills: Former Division I collegiate gymnast Technical knowledge of all four events Knowledge of Ivy and NCAA rules
Physical Requirements: Must be able to spot on all events Must be able to demonstrate conditioning skills if needed
Departmental Preferences: Event and Sports camp planning and management helpful
Supervision: Ability to supervise a Division I gymnastics team effectively with coaching staff Ability to supervise and instruct clinics and camps if needed

Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, and:
Minimum 3 – 5 years of collegiate coaching experience or coaching Junior Olympic level 10.
