Supports the Northern Westchester Hospital Foundation Team in maintaining the integrity of the data in Raiser’s Edge and related Foundation databases, provide administrative support for all Foundation functions. Responsible for data entry, gift processing, reporting and gift acknowledgement. Provide support for weekly, monthly and annual financial Foundation reporting. Attend and support Foundation meetings and events, as needed.
Data entry of new constituents and ensure data integrity for each record, including lapsed donors and current donors.
Process all gifts and acknowledgement letters, including soft credits. Linking organizational and individual records where appropriate.
Process all gifts-in-kind and matching gifts entry (and prepare paperwork) and acknowledgement.
Process all event payment entries (e.g. Gala, Golf).Produce acknowledgement letters, invoices and reporting.
Provide prompt, courteous service, in-person and/or over the telephone to our donors/prospects, as necessary.
Interact with the NWH Accounting Department in monthly reconciliation, gift adjustments, credit card reconciliations, and 990 reporting.
Performs related duties, as required
High School Diploma, required. Bachelor’s Degree or development experience, preferred.
Two to Four years development experience, preferred.
Raisers Edge expertise, required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications, required.
Ability to communicate effectively.
