The Facilities, Operations & Events Coordinator will serve as an assistant to the Facilities, Operations & Events Management Team in the areas of game management, facility management and special projects. Specific duties to include the coordination of approximately student and guest relations staff, to conduct setups, breakdowns and other facility changeovers. This position will serve as the liaison for various assigned sports, as well as providing support for Football, Men and Women’s Basketball. Special event management to include B1G and NCAA Championships, and commencements. Other duties to be assigned by the Facilities, Operations, & Events Management Team.

SALARY: Hourly position, overtime eligible. No health benefits.

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and experience in event management. Computer experience preferred (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Strong verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
