K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a DONOR RELATIONS & GIFT PROCESSING COORDINATOR, which is a full-time, hourly, benefits-eligible position.
An example of job responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:
•Coordinate internal processing for annual fund drives
•Provide data entry, manage all development data bases including Paciolan, ONE, Ballena and Reeher
•Maintain accurate donor records and short/long-term pledge information
•Prepare batch deposits and record payments
•Generate reports for various inter-departmental offices, including Ticket Services, Fan Experience and Sales, Business Office and also KSU Foundations
•Maintain capital gift worksheets and pledge reports
•Manage matching gift records
•Coordinate payment plan options and on-line giving
•Report and categorize gifts received by KSU Foundation and word with them on issues concerning gift batches
•Plan and implement annual fundraising and game day activities

Two years of computer data entry experience
Microsoft Office experience with extensive knowledge of Excel and Access
Paciolan ticketing and donation software knowledge and experience
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
Strong computer and organizational skills
Ability to learn specialized software systems/programs
Must demonstrate proficiency in strategic oral and written communications
Must be able to work with donors and others in a positive and helpful manner
Must be detail-oriented, dependable, know how to prioritize, possess ability to successfully multi-task and be able to work with little supervision
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required
