The Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach leads and is responsible for all aspects of EOU’s new lacrosse program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to building a successful program from the ground up, recruitment, retention, and graduating of student-athletes; academic supervision, fundraising for both the lacrosse program and the athletic department, budget management, supervising assistant coaches, developing and managing a competitive schedule, and organizing and conducting all practices. Must adhere to all rules and regulations of NAIA, and EOU. Expected to implement the NAIA Champions of Character Program within the lacrosse program.
Bachelor’s Degree in Coaching, Athletic Administration, Business, Education or closely related field.
Five (5) years of demonstrated success in building a successful program at the collegiate or varsity high school level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of NAIA rules and regulations.
First Aid/CPR Certified.
Mental Health First Aid Training.
Current and Valid Drivers license.
NAIA Champions of Character Coaching Course completed.
Must satisfactorily complete EOU criminal and credential background check.
Valid work authorization documents required.
Masters Degree in Coaching, Athletic Administration, Business, Education or closely related field.
