Qualifications Cornell College is seeking an experienced collegiate football coach with a record of success teaching the game of football and its strategies, motivating a team to compete at its best level, and selecting and leading a staff who bring skill and integrity to the program. We expect the selected candidate to have earned a bachelor's degree and have collegiate football experience, preferably as a head coach or coordinator. Prior recruiting and coaching experience at an institution similar to Cornell College is desirable.
