•Webber International University invites applications for the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach. This position will Coach our Women's program and work closely with our Director of Lacrosse operations to develop a new program.
•Knowledge of Lacrosse and ability to recruit Women athletes to start a new program.
•Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions.
•Design and Direct practice and games.
•Schedule all games and scrimmages.
•Monitor Academics/ Study hall.
•Follow all NAIA & College regulations and guidelines.
•Schedule all transportation and lodging for games and scrimmages.
•Purchase, inventory and maintain equipment.
•Oversee Lacrosse operating budget with integrity and cost-containment in mind.
•Coordinate Lacrosse fund raising events, through Athletic Director approval.
•Maintain scholarship limitations amounts with student-athletes.
•Promote the program through involvement within the community and Booster Association.
•Attend all Athletic Department meetings •Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
Recruit and retain quality athletically and academically qualified student-athletes into the lacrosse program.
•Bachelor's Degree •Prior collegiate coaching and recruiting experience in the sport •Knowledge of the NAIA & Sun Conference •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to advise and monitor student athletes •Ability to work with staff members and volleyball team members •Obtain a CDL
