This part time position has the potential to transition to a full time coaching position based on the required minimum roster number of 25 for the women's track and field team and budget approval. This transition would occur in the middle of August 2020 if all criteria is met and position is approved.
Recruit a roster size of 25 by the Fall of 2020 for students who meet our recruiting guidelines. This roster size of 25 includes returning student-athletes who are currently on the team.
Due to significant growth of our track and field program our desire is to split the men's and women's teams into two different coaching staffs in order to improve the overall program.
Once the position becomes a full-time coaching position, this coach will focus primarily on coaching sprints, jumps, and hurdle events.

Must be Knowledgeable in all aspects related to sprints, jumps and hurdles , NAIA rules and regulations ,and previous experience in recruiting at the collegiate level for athletics.
Must be computer proficient, Able to meet/exceed recruiting goals, Able to maintain and work within a budget, Able to recruit and develop players, Able to coordinate and schedule proficient training sessions.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements of the Job: Must be able to physically run a practice session, works outside a majority of the time, must be able to be able to drive to meet the requirements of recruiting.
Additional Salary Information: Part time salary of 6,000 through August 2020 with the potential to transition to a full time position of 35k beginning August 2020.
