Monmouth College (IL), a member of the Midwest Collegiate Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III, invites applications for the position of Softball Coach.
The head coach is primarily responsible for the teaching of the sport of softball to student-athletes, managing all aspects of the softball program as well as being committed to the academic mission of the college. This is a full-time, twelve-month position. Bachelor’s degree and successful coaching and recruiting experience in the sport of softball required for consideration for this position; additional duties may be assigned in the areas of assistant coaching, event management (intramurals, etc.), athletic training or teaching based on the skills of the successful candidate. Master’s degree preferred.
