The Senior Creative Content Producer will primarily focus on leading video conceptualization, production and distribution for Army West Point Athletics. This role will work collaboratively with both internal and external constituents, to include, but not limited to, Athletic Communications, Marketing, Broadcasting and Live Events, Ticket Office, and the Army A Club. This is to support the objectives and key messages of the United States Military Academy and Army West Point Athletics. The Director of Creative Video will help lead the team as a resource for the latest trends in video style, production, and strategy, and foster positive relationships with coaches, support staff, and administrators. This role will support marketing campaigns to promote revenue generation, fundraising, and additional departmental initiatives, as well as to showcase the Cadet-Athlete experience. These products will be used in areas such as social media outlets, in-stadium venues, and internal athletic spaces.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience. Applicants should have vast knowledge of video editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, and similar programs. The ability to work independently as well as in a group is crucial, as well as competency in marketing and digital strategy. Advanced technical knowledge of Sony video and audio equipment is key. Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
