JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Administrator shall serve as the chief organizer of the MCCAA, will become the professional consultant for the conference, administrative body and their executive committee. Will be an ex-officio, non-voting member of the MCCAA Executive Committee, all advisory groups, all standing and ad hoc committees, and sports’ committees, unless otherwise specified. Will recommend changes in the Constitution and By-Laws that will enhance the MCCAA activities and make other recommendations that will expedite MCCAA business. Accept EC delegated authority to direct all MCCAA functions according to the Constitution and By-Laws if needed and promote the general welfare of the MCCAA at all times, studying the problems of the MCCAA and offering advice and guidance to the members in the solution of those problems.
1. Issue the call, facilitate and serve or delegate the duties as the official note taker of all MCCAA meetings; support all committee work. 2. Develop and manage all MCCAA championships by assisting host institutions with the execution of championships. 3. Ensure a compilation of precedents and interpretations of NJCAA, Region XII, MCCAA rules and regulations. 5. Help EC to interpret and suggest rulings on all questions regarding the Constitution and By-Laws and their enforcement. Be accessible and respond to any request for an interpretation made by a MCCAA athletic director or president. 6. Create MCCAA schedules. Collaborate with League SID and provide help in assigning of MCCAA Tournament officials if needed. 7. Suggest an appropriate selection process for all-MCCAA teams and individuals. Coordinate the announcement of winners appropriately. Monitor and keep the integrity of award winners. 8. Coordinate the oversight of the keeping of records of MCCAA championships, all-MCCAA teams and holder of records in recognized MCCAA athletic activities 9. Maintain all required eligibility materials for member schools if necessary. Make items available for examination by legal representative of any member college upon request. 10. Visit the MCCAA campuses of member schools as often as practical and possible. 11. Ensure recording for all official MCCAA meetings and promptly distribute minutes of such meetings. 12. Serve as the MCCAA liaison to the region and the NJCAA. 13. Identify issues with the help of the EC to ensure the proper adherence to all local, regional and national Title XI expectations within MCCAA settings. 14. Maintain and ensure accuracy of all sport regulations. Offer change suggestions to the specific sport chairs. 15. Provide organizational ‘big picture’ recommendations to the MCCAA Executive Committee. 16. Coordinate all MCCAA tournament bid processes. 17. Work in conjunction with the MCCAA social media, website, sports information director to make sure information is accurate and up to date. 18. Other duties as assigned.
ACCOUNTABILITIES: Under the supervision of the Executive Council. The Executive Administrator will adhere to all MCCAA and NJCAA rules and regulations as well as aid in ensuring the MCCAA follows suit. Will work closely with the Sports Information Director.

Three or more years of experience with the NJCAA. MCCAA experience preferred.
