Ergo Advantage Inc., is a North American based, well established company that focuses on providing world class safety and anti-fatigue flooring solutions. Our corporate sustainability highlights the reduction of greenhouse gases and landfill waste, using 100% recycled materials. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Regional Account Manager to join our growing team for sales coverage of our North Eastern United States territory! The ideal candidate must be a highly ambitious individual who has exceptional communication skills, demonstrating adaptability, creativity, organizational abilities, versatility, and initiative. The Role: •Present (virtually & in person), promote and sell our Ergonomic Safety Tile system using exceptional presentation and relationship building skills to promote the best brand and image possible •Build and achieve an agreed to annual Sales and Expense Target •Prequalify leads prior to active pursuit of an onsite visit. •Perform end user workplace audits and needs analysis to demonstrate the competitive differentiator that our products offer •Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships •Train Distributor Reps on the features & benefits of Ergo Advantage solutions •Prospect new end user and potential new distributor relationships •Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction •Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule •Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments •Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports •Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. •Maintain sales leads and pipeline projections via HubSpot CRM daily •Attend trade shows as required
2+ years of sales experience (preferred, not a must)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.)
Knowledge of HubSpot or comparable CRM tool is a plus.
Skilled at organization, prioritizing and multi-tasking
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent team player, the successful candidate thrives to work with others
