Hastings College seeks qualified applicants for the position of Head Men's Wrestling Coach. Hastings College is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC). The Broncos have a proud history which includes six NAIA National Championships, 63 GPAC Championships and two GPAC All-Sports Championships since the inception of the league 20 years ago.

Student Athletes comprise an important component of the campus culture and have the fortune of practicing and competing in tremendous facilities. The Head Men's Wrestling Coach will report to the Athletic Director and will be responsible for all aspects of a collegiate men's wrestling program including, but not limited to practice and competition leadership and management, team travel, scheduling, budgeting, recruiting, retention and compliance with GPAC and NAIA rules and regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to the educational values of sport and to the mission of a private, liberal arts education.
A Bachelor's degree and experience with collegiate wrestling are required. A Master’s Degree is preferred as well as successful coaching, teaching and recruiting experience.
