Franklin College, a NCAA Division III institution and member of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference, invites applications for Head Softball Coach/Student Development. This is a full-time, 10-month (August – May) staff position with limited administrative responsibilities in the Office of Student Development. This position reports to the Associate Dean. The Head Coach is responsible for the leadership and management of the softball program, including recruiting, practice organization, game preparation, fundraising/public relations, and staff selection and supervision. The Student Development responsibilities include residence life “on-call” hours, attending relevant RA trainings, staff meetings and other professional development opportunities. Room and board are included. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is preferred.
