Misericordia University is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Softball Coach. The Assistant Coach will support and offer assistance to the head coach in all facets of the sports program, including the recruitment of quality student-athletes, retention of student-athletes, organization and planning of all practices, meet preparation, administrative tasks, etc. Assist to resolve game management and/or set-up issues for home events. Assist with game management set-up and site supervision.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated athletic leadership experience, and strong administrative, managerial, and interpersonal skills. This position will require evening and weekend hours to include team travel. Computer proficiency and experience with the Internet and basic computer software programs in a Window environment, including word processing and spreadsheets, are essential.
