St. Ambrose University invites applications for the position of Head Men's Wrestling Coach, a full-time, 12-month position. Responsibilities include all aspects of organizing, administering, and developing a nationally recognized men’s NAIA wrestling program to commence fall 2021. Other duties within the Athletic Department will be assigned according to qualifications/experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred; successful collegiate wrestling coaching experience preferred. Demonstrated success in scouting, talent assessment and recruitment of qualified student-athletes; monitoring of academic progress of team members, knowledge of and commitment to compliance with NAIA rules, fund-raising and promotion of the wrestling program within the community.
