This position will assist the head coach of men's and women's tennis in all aspects of the program including on and off-court training and coaching, recruiting, fundraising, and administration at Wesleyan University. Wesleyan is one of the top academic schools in the country, and the women's team is the defending NCAA DIII champion, and the men's team is #6 in the national rankings.
Candidates should have an extraordinary passion, enthusiasm and work ethic. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to enroll in Wesleyan's Graduate Liberal Studies Program (GLSP) and will receive a graduate school tuition scholarship. A non grad program option may also be a possibility.
The start date is somewhat dependent on near-term Covid developments but will align with either Spring '21 or Fall '21 season starts.
Bachelor's Degree
Playing experience at a high collegiate level preferred
Demonstrated effective leadership, organizational, motivational and interpersonal skills
Proven computer, communication and administrative competency at a high level
Willingness to go above and beyond in the pursuit of excellence
