Women's Lacrosse Graduate Assistant/ or Assistant Lacrosse Coach

Nyack College, a member of NCAA DII and the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference, seeks a graduate assistant to work with the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach in all aspects related to the operation of the Women's Lacrosse program. The graduate assistant must successfully enroll as a full-time graduate student in a qualifying program. The successful candidate must have made a profession of Faith in Christ and will align with the community standards of Nyack College. Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes and assisting with all aspects of coaching, planning, and day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks, including matches and team practice, and a clean, valid Driver’s License is required. The assistant role would carry the same responsibilities as the GA role without the graduate study.

Each candidate must send a resume, cover letter and list of three references. A Pastor’s recommendation will be required as a part of the interview process. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated success and knowledge in playing Women's Lacrosse at the collegiate level; recruiting; strong knowledge of NCAA rules; and excellent communication and organizational skills. |
