| Under supervision of the Head Football Coach, provide assistance in various aspects of coaching, recruiting, and administrative duties for a nationally competitive Division III football program. Individual reports to the Head Football Coach.
Essential Job Functions:
•Assist in organizing, preparing, and conducting practices, training, and competitions; •Recruit student-athletes in accordance with all Centre College, Southern Athletic Association, and NCAA rules and regulations; •Provide assistance in the administration of the football program, as required; •Represent the Centre Football to various institutions, students, parents, and the general public; •Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures; •Assist with the holistic development of football student-athletes; •Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents on and off campus; •Appreciation of, a sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse academic environment, inclusive of students, faculty, and staff of many social, economic, cultural, ideological, racial, and ethnic backgrounds; •Other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach, the Director of Athletics, or a designee; •Contribute to the overall success of the department by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned;
