Washington College, a NCAA Division III institution located in Chestertown, MD will be accepting applications for the position of part-time Assistant Field Hockey Coach. The individual hired will be responsible for assisting the Head Field Hockey Coach in all phases of the program, within college, conference and NCAA rules and regulations with an emphasis on recruiting highly qualified prospective student/athletes.

Assist the head coach with the organization and direction of all aspects of the NCAA Division III Field Hockey program
Identification and recruitment of athletically and academically qualified student-athletes
Assist in planning and running training sessions
Game preparation, opponent scouting, and performance analysis
Assist with team logistics and event planning
Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach
Bachelors degree required
Collegiate playing or coaching experience
Goalkeeping experience preferred
Video analysis experience preferred
Experience recruiting and retaining student-athletes preferred
