The Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach is responsible for all aspects of the program with an emphasis on recruiting and retaining talented student-athletes. Responsibilities includes such coaching tasks as effectively planning and conducting practices for both the traditional and non-traditional seasons, scheduling and coordinating games and team travel, managing departmental protocols such as budget oversight and maintaining equipment and apparel inventories, supervising and developing assistant coaches, and providing leadership with team involvement in developmental programming intended to enhance the academic, personal, and athletic success and well-being of student-athletes. Other roles within the athletic department may be assigned based on interest and qualifications. The position reports to the Director of Athletics.
