Dallas Baptist University Athletics is seeking a Graduate Student Assistant (GA) for Advanced Media and Videography who is responsible for all aspects of video marketing, production, and distribution of new media in accordance with NCAA, conference, and University rules and regulations. The individual will work alongside DBU Sports Information, the Patriot Broadcasting Network, and the Director of Athletics to develop, film, produce, and distribute new media across multiple platforms and outlets.
Compensation will be based on experience and expertise and acceptance into a Dallas Baptist University course of graduate studies is required. The purpose of DBU Athletics is to support the Christ-centered mission of Dallas Baptist University and qualified candidates must possess a personal and relatable Christian faith. All candidates will be reviewed by the DBU Department of Athletics, the DBU Director of Athletics, and the President of Dallas Baptist University.
Interested individuals must have the capacity to produce new content, have the tools and knowledge for editing such content, and do so within the parameters and expectations of Dallas Baptist University and the DBU Department of Athletics. Knowledge and experience with editing programs (Final Cut, Adobe Premier, etc.) is required and preference will be given to candidates with experience in producing and editing motion graphics.
