Provide Orange Carpet service via phone while leading a team of students in doing the same - providing all relevant information, verbiage, and tone to provide our supporters with an "Orange Carpet" experience. Respond in the best interest of Oklahoma State University for any athletic inquiries from customers, solving problems and fulfilling requests, while seeking consultation with Ticket Operations Directors when appropriate. Provide guidance to student staff, scheduling the inbound telephone service group to ensure the Ticket Office phone lines are fully staffed and maintained at all times. Full management of Soccer and M/W Tennis ticket operations, along with Football ticket operation assistance. Other game day operations may be required as assigned. Daily hours of operation will be 8:30am-5:30pm, with some night/weekend hours as necessary for events and to perform additional responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree and one year customer experience, office/clerical experience including organization, filing and phone etiquette, education may be substituted in lieu of experience. |
