Job responsibilities in the TCU Athletics Business Office include but are not limited to: •Manage execution of departmental contracts •Review and proceed for approval all departmental reimbursements •Point of contact for invoice (Inspyrus) and contract (Cobblestone) systems •Facilitator for various financial requests – New Vendor, Purchase Order, Direct Bill and W9/Tax Exempt requests •Review and submit invoices for administrative expenses •Ad hoc financial analysis •Manage financial filing system •Attend weekly Business Office meetings •Attend monthly Departmental meetings •Liaison with university contract department •Other duties as assigned Training will be provided and will require a signed confidentiality agreement.
