Director of Sport Performance Job No: 499414 Work Type: Staff Location: Fresno Categories: Excluded, Athletics, At-Will, Full Time Director of Sport Performance Fresno State Athletic Corporation Compensation and Benefits Anticipated Hiring Pay Range: $5,000 - $5,833 per month This position is a full-time, probationary, exempt position and includes full benefits. Athletic Corporation employees are at-will. The Fresno State Athletic Corporation provides a benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, participation in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), and sick and vacation time. Job Summary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the oversight of the daily operations of the strength and conditioning facility and programs for varsity student-athletes; the development and implementation of athletic performance enhancement programs for football and other sports as assigned and other administrative responsibilities as delegated by the Assistant Athletics Director for Strength and Conditioning.
