Regional Sales Manager– NDR Electric – N Florida / Georgia- Southern Ala NDR Electric is a lighting manufacturer based in Montreal, Canada. We service the residential and commercial markets with interior and exterior traditional and LED lighting. We provide high levels of quality, service and on time delivery lighting solutions for our customers. NDR Electric is currently hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our account base in North Florida, Georgia, and S. Alabama, who will ideally be based in an area which could service all areas in a timely manner. Role and Duties: Expand the distribution network within the given regions, achieving set sales goals and targets. Travel: 50-75% Key Responsibilities: •Identify and open new distribution partners within the regions. •Responsible for growing brand awareness among distribution channel partners in their assigned region. •Train and promote complete NDR line with all partners, including in house training sessions, joint calls with distributor sales team members, as well as direct end user calls. •Negotiate terms and pricing for all operational contracts. Review all existing contracts for compliancy.
