EXACT Sports provides camps and other group-training events for HS, college & pro athletes. We combine our 'mental' training curriculum with technical training provided by NCAA & NAIA college coaches. EXACT has received funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as well as the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

In this role, EXACT is seeking a part-time staff member (with option for full-time in future) to help organize our programs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Researching event dates for youth sports programming across the US.
  • Identifying locations and managing the facility/venue relationships.
  • Coordinating hotel & accommodations for residential campers as well as the college coach instructors.
  • Hiring instructors (sports coaches) to lead camp/clinic training.

The successful candidate for this role will have a:

    1. Can-do attitude: Some of the work is time sensitive, so need an enthusiastic mindset.
    2. Organizational skills: We use spreadsheets and other online tools to store data so need someone who believes the details matter.
    3. Youth sports enthusiasm: As we help youth athletes and their parents, person should understand the industry, including appreciating why rec leagues, day camps, and elite travel teams can all co-exist.
    4. Independent work drive: This role is both remote and flexible.  That means you'd need to be a self-starter to get projects done!

Telecommuting is allowed.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.

Additional Salary Information: Good hourly comp package to start, can transition to FT upon success if interested!
